Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
USPS Priority mail local – Flat rate $8
USPS Priority mail US – Flat rate $18
USPS Express mail – Flat rate $54
Order Processing Time
All Maine Wood Signs products are custom made to order and are personalized. Either in advance (if a proof request form has been submitted) or within 1-2 business days of placing an order, we will send a design proof via email and/or SMS for your approval. Once approved, production timeframes vary depending on options selected but average 5-7 days.
Shipping address modifications can be made so long as changes are requested in advance of shipment of your order. If requested we can ship to a post office box.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or cancellations unless requests are made prior to our moving orders into production. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and stand behind our products.
